• Spam, advertise, or solicit for commercial purposes

• Impersonate Frankfurt Chat staff or other users
• Attempt to hack, phish, or harm other users
• Record or screenshot conversations without direct permission
• Use the platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgment

Enforcement

Our moderation team enforces these guidelines through:

• AI-powered detection of policy violations
• User reports reviewed by human moderators
• Random spot checks of active chats
• Automated filtering of known harmful content

Penalties range from temporary suspensions to permanent bans depending on severity. Appeals can be made via contact form.

4. Our team will review and take action within 24 hours
